Role Overview: As a Product Designer , you'll be responsible for designing intuitive and impactful digital products for PSPs that align with our business goals and delight our users.
You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create seamless, user-centered solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Product Design: Conceptualize, design, and iterate on user-centered digital products, ensuring an intuitive and visually appealing experience.
User Research: Conduct and analyze user research and feedback to gain insights into user needs and behavior.
Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering to align designs with product and business goals.
Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure consistency across digital products.
Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and bring innovative design approaches to our digital solutions.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role in digital product design, particularly in tech companies.
Experience with PSP and Large format printers is a plus.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and interaction for digital products.
Experience with user research and testing methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and advocate for design decisions.
Familiarity with Agile and collaborative design processes.
