We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to help our teams better solve for our customers' needs.
You'll contribute to the tech vision, strategy, and roadmap of one of the most important initiatives across Amazon.
You will enable innovative technology solutions that directly improve buyer experience around the world, impacting a multi-billion dollar business.
Key Responsibilities: Enable solutions that reach millions of new customers all over the world, providing them with a world-class shopping experience.Work across all tiers leveraging Service-Oriented Architecture, mobile platforms, user experience, analytics, and data mining.Work closely with our teams, partners, and stakeholders to set direction, maintain alignment, manage expectations, and help overcome organizational challenges.Manage multiple competing cross-functional projects/programs simultaneously on a global scale.Interact with engineers, technicians, project managers, and senior management on a daily basis.Run meetings, create and maintain timelines, and keep large, diverse groups informed of progress and obstacles.Work with engineers and infra partners to develop detailed and creative solutions to complex problems, while keeping a watchful eye on timelines and costs.Qualifications: 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.About Amazon Business: Amazon Business is one of the fastest growing business units inside Amazon.
