Your Mission as a Field Operations Coordinator As a Field Operations Coordinator, your primary mission will be to enhance the efficiency of our operations by ensuring the smooth management and supervision of our frac yard and associated equipment.
This role is critical to maintaining our high standards of safety, organization, and operational readiness.
You will be the key player in optimizing the use of our resources, supporting the maintenance plan, and ensuring that all necessary tools and equipment are available and in excellent condition.
You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Field Operations Coordinator: Track and manage inventories of special PPE, lifting gear, and certifications to ensure compliance and availability.
Oversee the frac yard, managing equipment movement within the base, maintaining equipment cleanliness, and ensuring proper storage of treating iron, hoses, and tools.
Collaborate with different teams to support the maintenance plan, including tasks, and optimize equipment utilization.
Assist operations by coordinating the preparation and modification of special tools, parts, and equipment, working closely with different teams and suppliers.
Facilitate the movement and inspection of MnS, tools, and equipment, ensuring all resources are ready for deployment.
Order necessary tools, special PPE, slings, and local tools required for operations, ensuring timely delivery and readiness.
Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Field Operations Coordinator: Preferably experienced in Frac operations, but candidates with a background in coiled tubing or Cementing are also suitable.
Basic computer proficiency, including email and Excel.
Strong background in maintenance, certifications, and operational support within the energy sector.
High level of organization and attention to detail, particularly in managing inventories and equipment.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with multiple teams and suppliers.
Additional Information: - Working Days Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 9 am - 5 pm.
