We own the game. What you will do Install and configure hardware and software, repair and replace equipment as needed. Respond to tickets in a timely manner in accordance with SLA guidelines. Record, track, and document the help desk request problem solving process including actions taken through to the final resolution. Provide onsite and remote support to end users. Assist in AV setups as needed for meetings. Assist new hire training for basic IT needs. Set up new workstations for users (deploying equipment, checking over account setups). Heavy use of Windows and Mac OS devices. Ability to work in Active Directory. Test new technology. Resolve Tier 1 support tickets when escalated. Assist in audits, stock control, and invoicing. Who you are Have excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Spanish. Hold a full driving licence. Have a solid understanding of computers, networks, and software. Experienced with Jira or other ticketing systems. Ability and willingness to travel to client sites and work overtime when needed. Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment. Have a customer service mentality. Good at organising and time management. Have the ability and willingness to quickly learn new technology and software.
