This role demands exceptional organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with ease.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service Manager: Provide exceptional customer and client support for guests, homeowners, and collaborators. Handle incoming inquiries via email, phone, social media, and other platforms. Develop and maintain CRM systems. Optimize bookings and manage reservations. Support guests before, during, and after their stay. Resolve problems and act as a liaison between guests and the service team, housekeeping, key holders, suppliers, and homeowners.Property Rental Manager: Manage front office tasks including arrivals, departures, and check-in validations. Onboard new homes into our system, including pricing and offers. Optimize channels on OTAs and with agents. Perform administrative tasks.Out-of-Office Tasks: Conduct housing inspections for new property leads. Meet with new homeowners. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs.Requirements:Language Proficiency: Native or near-native proficiency in English (C1 or higher) and either Spanish (C1 or higher) or a Scandinavian language.Experience: Proven experience in customer service, front office, reception, account management, or similar roles within the holiday rental industry or similar industry.Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent mediation skills, and the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with PMS or VRMS systems, portals, extranets, and CRM systems.Driving License: EU driving license required.Personal Attributes: High work ethic, open-mindedness, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of individual drive.What We Offer:A collaborative and innovative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.The chance to be part of a dynamic and diverse team.A beautiful workplace in Mijas, Malaga.Working Conditions:Full-time Position: Monday – Sunday (with 2 consecutive days off).
