We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to help our teams better solve for our customers' needs.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Technical Program Manager on the team, you will have end-to-end ownership of cross-functional projects, including roadmap planning, resource planning, stakeholder management, and project execution.
You will work closely with engineering, business, and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination, execution, and launch of new features for Amazon's Australia and Singapore retail websites.
At the heart of this role is delivery.
You will be hands-on in driving the delivery of critical business initiatives, managing all aspects of the project such as project planning, risk management, communication, and implementation planning.
You will be a technical problem solver on the team, identifying innovative solutions to project deadlocks and resolving issues and constraints through negotiation, diplomacy, and sound judgment.
A Day in the LifeManage multiple competing cross-functional projects/programs simultaneously on a global scale.Interact with engineers, technicians, project managers, and senior management on a daily basis.Run meetings, create and maintain timelines, and keep large, diverse groups informed of progress and obstacles.Work with engineers and infrastructure partners to develop detailed and creative solutions to complex problems while keeping a watchful eye on timelines and costs.The successful candidate will be a person who enjoys and excels in dealing with significant ambiguity and has a keen interest in enterprise procurement and customer experience.
They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to lead large cross-functional projects, including communication across all levels and teams in the organization.
