You will be working in a continuously challenging environment where you will have to provide the best services to our international client portfolio and work hand in hand with the Legal Account Managers and Legal Officers, who will support you and supervise you along the way. Responsibilities Assisting with the following tasks: corporate maintenance of the client company; updating and preparing official documents, such as deeds, contracts, minutes, certificates, tax registrations. Assisting with the incorporation of companies and/or shelf companies; assisting with invoicing, handing over of companies' files, compliance process, banking set-ups. Establishing, maintaining, processing and updating files, records, certificates, and/or other documents. Preparing and filing all forms to comply/communicate with local authorities the corporate/tax information, i.E., 030, 036, Mod. 600, 840, D4, D8, D1, D5, Bank of Spain reports, FNMT. Updating Minutes Book, Shareholders Register and Compliance forms. Keeping the compliance files of the clients of the team duly updated. Administrative tasks, such as preparing cover letters, final letters and couriers arrangements. Out of the office tasks: going to the notary offices, banks and different authorities offices to collect and submit documents and all kinds of forms. Requirements Currently studying a University's Bachelors degree / Masters degree in Law or Corporate Law . Availability to sign an Internship agreement with university. Availability full time for at least 6 months . Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in Spanish . Medium-advanced level in English . Proficiency in MS Office package. Strong team-playing skills. Quick-learning and flexibility towards changing environments. Excellent organization skills and adaptability to a high multitasking environment
