As a Legal Trainee in our Legal & Regulatory department in the Corporate Division, you will support our legal team. The main goal of this position is to assist in providing legal support, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, especially in the highly regulated sector of clinical trials. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various legal issues and to support the Legal team across a wide range of areas, particularly in contracts, intellectual property, and data protection, among others.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: Assist in providing legal support and advice to various divisions within the company.Support contract management activities by assisting in drafting and reviewing various types of contracts specific to the life sciences sector, such as NDAs, LOIs, Investigator Initiated Study Agreements (IIST), Clinical Trial Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Addendums, etc.Contribute to the creation and updating of contract templates and other documents, such as policies, legal reports, procedures, etc.Help to maintain the legal document repository.Assist in compliance of intellectual property matters, by identifying the company's intellectual property goals and scope of protection, reviewing contractual clauses and creating internal guidelines.Assist in compliance of GDPR matters, RAT, DPIA, data breach procedure, etc.Maintain and carry out the digitalization of workflows, procedures, etc. of the legal department.Help to conduct legal research and analysis.WHAT DO WE VALUE FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY? Graduated with a law degree.Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Master in Law.Basic practical understanding of civil and commercial law.Interest in the life sciences sector is preferred.Proficient level of Spanish; oral and written proficiency.Proficient level of English; oral and written proficiency, minimum C1.Proactive, flexible, and collaborative mindset, team oriented.Creative and open-minded, able to adapt in a non-standardized process environment.Excellent problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Analytical, evaluative, and objective critical thinking skills.Proficient with MS Office applications.THE THINGS YOU REALLY WANNA KNOW:
