Legal Trainee - Derecho Inmobiliario

Some of the tasks and projects you will be involved in:
Revision of land contracts needed for the development of renewable energies projects.Support the legal team in the negotiation process of EPC´s contracts.Production of all types of corporate documents (minutes and memorandums, power of attorney, annual accounts...).Administrative support in the process of obtaining the needed authorizations for renewable energies projects.Elaborate corporate policies documentation related to compliance, data protection, confidentiality... Your skills:
Bachelor or Master in Law, preferably in Real Estate Law.Residence in Madrid.Currently following a studies program that enables you for an internship agreement of minimum 6 months.Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).Ability to work as part of a team.Interest for the renewable energy transition.
