We want to make sure our people reflect the communities across the world we help travel.lastminute.com N.V. is a publicly-traded company listed under the ticker symbol LMN on the SIX Swiss Exchange.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Legal Specialist with a Tech passion.Admission to the National Bar Association is a plus.Main Responsibilities:Advising on the legal requirements and framework for offering and selling online travel-related products.Support in drafting and reviewing international contracts, such as but not limited to distribution and sales agreements, agency agreements, service agreements, lease agreements, non-disclosure agreements, sponsorship agreements, etc.Deploying the company processes involving Competition Law, Consumer Law and Tourism Law analysis.Support in managing litigation across several jurisdictions.Coordinate external lawyers.Creating and delivering guidance documents and training material for teams within the business under the direction of the Litigation Counsel.Support with the creation and implementation of efficient and scalable ways of working to enable sustainable business growth.Strong communication and relationship skills; teamwork-oriented.Proactive, motivated, flexible, and with a positive attitude.Ability to work in a precise, pragmatic, and hands-on manner; demonstrating a problem-solving attitude.Perfect knowledge of English and Italian language mandatory – full proficiency.
