Currently we are looking for our new Legal Specialist, whom, reporting to the Iberia Head of Legal, will provide expert legal advice and help ensure that the organization operates within the boundaries of applicable laws and regulations.
In order to achieve your goals, your main responsibilities will regard: - Review and drafting of commercial contracts with brands, suppliers and third parties (Distribution, General Terms and Conditions, Services in general).
- Support in the development and training of legal policies and procedures for SEPHORA, structuring of procedures and analysis of the regulatory environment.
- Study of applicable regulations for promotions and commercial actions carried out in physical and online stores (applicable legislation, risks, measures...).
- Review of the legal content, clauses, conditions, exclusions... of all marketing communications both online and in physical establishments.
- Drafting of responses to customer complaints and Consumer and Trade Authorities Inspections.
- Data Protection control and monitoring: Validation, adaptation of all actions and services involving the processing of personal data (drafting of specific clauses, analysis and contractual documentation...).
Review and control of internal data protection policies and procedures.
- Management of applications to the Commercial Registry.
- Archiving and control of the company's legal documentation.
- Control and coordination of quality and regulatory processes of marketed products (Cosmetovigilance, Social Audits of Producers, etc.).
# Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm with corporate service/environments or a company in the sector.
