The selected candidate will have the following roles: Management of claims, mainly with international profile (foreign client, claimant or loss location) Prepare and present case workplans to client and follow on with them. Loss Adjustment report writing, both on a standalone basis and in collaboration with in-house or external technical experts. Loss quantum assessment & validation (material damage, business interruption, bodily injury) Negotiation with involved parties up to case settlement. Interaction with external lawyers / counsel. Your competencies: A degree in Law, with an interest in foreign jurisdictions. Specific formation in Liability an asset. Sound knowledge of insurance claims management (Liability, Marine, Property, Recoveries) Over 3 years relevant experience with a Loss Adjuster, broker or insurance company. Report-writing experience, good communication skills An interest in developing a career as an insurance loss adjuster (including claims assessment and calculations) An interest in international and cross-border claims.
