Investigate and report on legal risks tied to operations, offering actionable solutions to senior stakeholders.Contract and Agreement Management1.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including contracts, NDAs, partnerships, and sub-contracts, across multiple jurisdictions.2.
Streamline contractual processes and enhance operational efficiency through legal database management.Legal Compliance and Risk Management1.
Advise on international regulatory matters, ensuring compliance across all regions.2.
Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases, coordinating with external counsel when necessary.Cross-functional Collaboration1.
