We are currently searching for a lawyer specialized in Bankruptcy Law with experience in managing judicial proceedings directly, mainly bankruptcy proceedings and mortgage foreclosures.About the Role- The Legal Manager will be responsible for theactivemanagement and coordination of the portfolio according to the guidelines established by the company and the department's management.ResponsibilitiesManagement and coordination of the portfolio according to the guidelines established by the company and the department's management.Active participation in the promotion of legal proceedings assigned to external lawyers and compliance with the strategy previously established in coordination with other departments of the company, and in particular with the Asset Management area, in order to meet the objectives of the specific portfolio and its individual objectives.Direct legal counsel in court proceedings.Legal advice to the operations area.Meetings and negotiations with insolvency Administrators.Attendance at auctions, court hearings, creditors' meetings.Regular Court visits throughout Spain.Support to the area management in the elaboration of contracts, study of regulations and resolution of legal issues.Legal support to the different management areas of the company.Possible participation in negotiations with debtors.Possibility of attending the signature of operations and agreements that may be reached, signing on behalf of the different clients of the company.QualificationsUniversity degree in Law.
