.Detailed Description We're looking for a Legal Manager, the role will be responsible for managing and controlling the continuous legal support to different key areas in their day to day business, to ensure the legal compliance of the different business areas by providing continuous guidance and support. Location – Alicante Type of Telework – Hybrid Working Alicante On Site Working hours – 39 hours. What You'll Be Doing: As a Legal Manager, you'll be doing the following: Manage and control the continuous legal support to the different departments (Property, Development, Tax, Financial, HR and Marketing, Customer Service) in their day to day business. Ensuring the legal compliance of the different business areas, providing guidance and support in accordance with new or existing regulations. Support the business development and growth strategy of the company: drafting, preparing, negotiating and completing acquisitions, mergers, and similar related transactions (letters of intents, non-disclosure agreements, due diligences, purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, call options, etc.) Legal assistance to solve potential controversies with third parties and assist on potential consumers claims. Contractual advice with suppliers, landlords, public authorities and clients. External and internal audit coordination. Coordinate the relationship with the different external legal and tax advisors (national and international advisors). Assist the board of directors if necessary and participate with the corporate governance. Risk & compliance matters related to the company, its shareholders and stakeholders. Support the compliance officer for the implementation and development of a corporate compliance program, preparing internal training programs within the legal area (including corporate, IP, Data Protection, and compliance). What We're Looking For: Law Degree. High knowledge about corporate and contractual law. High English level (C1). More than five (5) years of previous experience in a reputed national or international law firm within its corporate, real estate, contractual or litigation department. Availability to travel occasionally.
