? Support in research projects to improve the company's international tax and legal position.
? Support in the preparation of documentation in Due Diligence processes.
? Compilation of the appropriate documentation to successfully complete the process of obtaining subsidies and grants for the company.
? Assistance in the preparation of the "Legal set up" to open new markets.
? Maintain close contact with our accounting and labor agencies.

? Ability to manage and prioritize time to multi-task and to determine the urgency of each assignment.
