This is a full-time hybrid role for a Legal Intern in a vibrant and international environment.
The Legal Intern will work directly with the Senior Legal Manager for the region Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) at the European headquarters of Revelyst, located in Barcelona.The Legal Intern will be responsible for assisting in legal consulting.
Day-to-day tasks may include drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and assisting with the development of legal strategies considering business needs.The Legal Intern will provide support in matters related to corporate and commercial law, such as assisting in the negotiation of national and international distribution, agency, and partnership agreements, data protection/privacy rights, IP rights, product compliance, consumer law, and labor law.This is an opportunity to work closely with the head of the EMEA legal department and to gain a clear and comprehensive understanding of both the legal and business needs of a multi-level international organization.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Law, Master's degree in Law is a plusStrong legal knowledge and understanding of relevant laws and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent oral and written knowledge of English and Spanish languageExperience with legal consulting and legal document preparationStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyWorking hours : Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, 1-hour lunch break.
