This is a full-time hybrid role for a Legal Intern in a vibrant and international environment.
The Legal Intern will work directly with the Senior Legal Manager for the region Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) at the European headquarters of Revelyst, located in Barcelona.
The Legal Intern will be responsible for assisting in legal consulting.
Day-to-day tasks may include drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and assisting with the development of legal strategies considering business needs.
The Legal Intern will provide support in matters related to corporate and commercial law, such as assisting in the negotiation of national and international distribution, agency, and partnership agreements, data protection/privacy rights, IP rights, product compliance, consumer law, and labor law.
This is an opportunity to work closely with the head of the EMEA legal department and to gain a clear and comprehensive understanding of both the legal and business needs of a multi-level international organization.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Law, Master's degree in Law is a plus Strong legal knowledge and understanding of relevant laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent oral and written knowledge of English and Spanish language Experience with legal consulting and legal document preparation Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Working hours : Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, 1-hour lunch break.
3 days a week working remotely.
Term : 6 months, with the possibility of extending the internship.
