The Challenge
In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal support for our e-commerce operations, ensuring full compliance with ever-evolving laws and regulations. You'll be challenged to identify and mitigate legal risks proactively while fostering ethical business practices that align with our company values.
What You Will Do
To support the legal team in the daily management of matters related to commercial law, consumer protection laws, intellectual property, and privacy, contributing to the protection of the company's assets and compliance with regulations.
- Legal research: Conduct legal research on various matters (new regulations, case law, etc.) to support decision-making.
- Document management: Organize and keep up-to-date the company's legal database, including contracts, licenses, and registrations.
- Project support: Collaborate on special projects of the department, such as the implementation of new regulations and policies or the preparation of legal reports.
- Internal customer support: Provide support to other departments of the company on legal issues related to their daily activities.
- Assistance in litigation: Support in the management of legal proceedings, such as the preparation of documentation and coordination with attorneys.
- Legal monitoring: Keep up-to-date on the evolution of the legislation applicable to the company.
What We're Looking For
- Law student (recent graduate or Master students).
- Passion on the field of digital law and e-commerce.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Organization and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Advanced level of English (essential).
