The role will support the production activities of two Warner Bros. Discovery departments: Original Programming, Max Spain and Local Film Production, Warner Bros. Warner Bros. Discovery is a leading media and entertainment company that creates and distributes premium and popular content from a diverse array of talented storytellers and journalists to global audiences through its consumer brands including HBO, Discovery channels, Max, Warner Bros., TNT, TBS, truTV, CNN, DC, New Line, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Turner Classic Movies and others. Your Role Accountabilities… Supporting the creative, production and finance teams, work with internal and external stakeholders and management of the full range of agreements in the context of television, film and digital development, production, and distribution. Negotiation, drafting and review of a variety of agreements, including development and co-development agreements, scriptwriter agreements, production services agreements, co-production agreements, financing agreements, TV licensing agreements, sales agency agreements and agreements with international distributors with respect to both Max' and Warner Bros.' local original content produced in Spain. Negotiation, drafting and review of a variety of agreements related to day-to-day production work, including agreements for the services of directors, actors, crew, locations, facilities and suppliers. Provide advice on underlying rights, format options and licenses, book option agreements, first look agreements and carry out chain of title reviews. Clearance work, including reviewing scripts, rough cuts and advising on the clearance of intellectual property and image rights included in programmes. Advice on ICAA film subsidies, tax rebates and other incentives available in Spain. Work as needed for the finalization of production and finance agreements, including taking security, dealing with completion bonds, reviewing insurances and risk assessments. Assisting with day-to-day queries about rights, restrictions, titles, and approvals relating to local productions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
