As a Specialist Litigation you´ll be in charge of the following responsibilities: Draft/review/negotiate agreements with suppliers and main clients.
Provide pragmatic and commercial legal advice and identify Legal & Compliance risks and coordinate effort with all the business units and other companies within the Group.
Liase with external counsel and relevant authorities.
Work on special commercial/corporate projects as requested.
Structure, review, draft and negotiate commercial arrangements, especially with main Clients and relevant suppliers.
Provide legal guidance and support to the business units in all new/legacy projects.
Develop in-Coordination and implementation of Group Company´s policies.
Counsel and educate Company employees in regard to Legal & Compliance culture and risk management.
Participate in working groups together with colleagues from other countries from other Group companies with the aim of implementing common projects and identifying and implementing best practices.
Resolve issues and disputes, minimize potential for litigation and claims, and mitigate potential risks in order to protect the Company´s assets, reputation and profitability.
Coordinate external lawyers as necessary.
Coordinate with Notary Office and public Authorities.
What do you bring?
Law Degree Between 3 to 5 years of PQE in similar roles.
Fluent English.
Results driven.
Office tools (Excel, Teams, One Drive etc).
