Job Purpose: To advise the senior management team on all aspects of commercial contracts law with particular focus on advising, negotiating and drafting.As a senior negotiator for the company, you will handle all transactional negotiations at a local, regional, and global level.Responsibilities:Management of complex legal issues and delivery of clear pragmatic legal advice.Review, drafting, negotiating, and concluding of vendor contracts and customer contracts, ensuring compliance with TD SYNNEX's policies.Creation of precedent contracts and forms.Identify management information requirements for measuring legal risk exposure and performance for internal productivity.Ensure that legal service and support (both internally and externally) provided to the business is of the highest standard and ensures client satisfaction.Identify and control all aspects of legal risk in the implementation of all contracts and internal systems and procedures.Support any other legal duties as required by your line manager.Maintain knowledge of data protection, competition law, environmental law, and regulatory compliance.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:Attorney in good standing with 5-8 years of experience and a commercial background.Ability to work largely autonomously, with guidance and support from the direct manager and the Transactional group's management team.Previous In-House experience is essential, in addition to experience in commercial contracts.High level of thinking and problem-solving capability, capable of working under heavy stress and shifting priorities.Organized, methodical, and able to work closely with all parts of the business.Ability to execute against tight deadlines and high expectations in a high-pressure environment.Excellent communication skills; mastery of English and French required, additional languages desirable.Attention to detail, accuracy, and precision.Strong organization, time, and task management skills.A can-do attitude towards getting the job done.Ability to communicate effectively and concisely verbally and in writing at all levels.Ability to build effective working relationships with senior-level management, sales teams, and managing all key stakeholders.Excellent record-keeping skills.Ability to research and keep current with relevant areas of law.Ability to negotiate with external parties to bring matters to a successful conclusion.Understanding of cultural differences across the globe and ability to engage appropriately to ensure effective collaboration and results.What's In It For You?Elective Benefits: Our programs are tailored to your country to best accommodate your lifestyle.Grow Your Career: Accelerate your path to success with formal programs on leadership and professional development, and many more on-demand courses.Elevate Your Personal Well-Being: Boost your financial, physical, and mental well-being through seminars, events, and our global Life Empowerment Assistance Program.Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: It's not just a phrase to us; valuing every voice is how we succeed.
