Team Introduction: We provide legal support and strategic advice on all commercial activities across the region, focusing on contract negotiation, risk management, and ensuring compliance with regional regulations. We're here to safeguard the company's interests and support business growth across continental Europe.
Responsibilities: Draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts including media buying agreements, agency partnerships, creative agency and marketing agreements, talent agreements, image releases, collaboration agreements, and sponsorship agreements.Advise on initiatives to support creators and activations of TikTok's operations team plans.Advise on compliance issues relating to advertising, monetization, consumer protection, and media regulations relevant to the Spanish and Portuguese markets.Proactively identify potential risks arising from the Spanish and Portuguese legal ecosystem and liaise with different XFN legal colleagues and senior business leads to address these risks.Support the wider legal team with matters affecting Spain and Portugal, including litigation and regulatory matters, intellectual property, and privacy.Support and advise the government relations and public policy teams in advocacy work.Support knowledge management, template development (including playbooks), process improvement, and training. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Be independent and capable of making decisions autonomously, demonstrating a high degree of self-reliance and judgment.Ideally have experience advising platforms, digital content, or advertising businesses, either in private practice or in-house.Have an understanding of digital advertising, digital rights acquisition, and familiarity with privacy issues in this environment, with a strong grounding in GDPR.
