Our team focuses on contract negotiation, risk management, and ensuring compliance with regional regulations.
We're here to safeguard the company's interests and support business growth across continental Europe.ResponsibilitiesDraft and negotiate a wide range of contracts including, among others, media buying agreements and agency partnerships; creative agency and marketing agreements; talent agreements and image releases; collaboration agreements; sponsorship agreements,etc.Advise on initiatives to support creators and activations of TikTok's operations team plans.Advise on a broad range of compliance issues relating to advertising, monetization, consumer protection, media, etc., regulations relevant to the Spanish and Portuguese markets.Proactively identify potential risks arising from the Spanish and Portuguese legal ecosystem and liaise with different XFN legal colleagues and senior business leads to address the said risks.Support the wider legal team with a variety of matters affecting Spain and Portugal, including litigation and regulatory matters, intellectual property and privacy.
