Draft and negotiate the appropriate contracts, including land leases, surface rights, EPC and OM contracts, shareholder agreements for shared grid infrastructure or subcontracts/supply contracts for major components.
Resolve disputes by managing settlement agreements, providing pre-litigation advice, and overseeing contract management.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's in Spanish Law or related area.
4-7 years of experience working within the construction or energy sector.
Ability to understand, assess, and identify the legal implications, risks, and opportunities related to the company's activities, requiring a very good understanding of the company's operations.
Experience in resolving disputes by managing settlement agreements, providing pre-litigation advice, and overseeing contract management.
Fluency in Spanish and English; any additional language is a plus.
