Your responsibilities:You will provide legal support for our development and construction activities across Spain, including PV, Wind, and BESS.You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating the appropriate contracts, including land leases, surface rights, EPC and O&M contracts, shareholder agreements for shared grid infrastructure, or subcontracts/supply contracts for major components.You resolve disputes by managing settlement agreements, providing pre-litigation advice, and overseeing contract management.You contribute to our success if:You have a Spanish Law degree.You have 4-7 years of experience working within the construction or energy sector.You have the ability to understand, assess, and identify the legal implications, risks, and opportunities related to the company's activities, requiring a very good understanding of the company's operations.You have experience resolving disputes by managing settlement agreements, providing pre-litigation advice, and overseeing contract management.You are fluent in Spanish and English; any additional language is a plus.What we offer you:Our workplace: In Madrid, our office is in Torre Europe near Santiago Bernabeu Station, which you can easily reach by metro line 10.
