Open up opportunities with HPE.Job Description: Responsibilities: Provides specialized legal expertise to support client decisions on IT regulatory matters and technology transactions with a primary focus on the EU market.Develops risk profiles addressing complex legal issues related to commercial and IT laws.Promotes legal awareness and leads training activities for internal clients on regulatory matters impacting the IT sector.Identifies, analyzes and resolves complex legal issues, offering strategic guidance to stakeholders.Concurrently works on multiple legal issues and projects for various client organizations.Education and Experience Required: 2-5 years post-qualification commercial legal experience at a law firm or in-house.Fully qualified Spanish lawyer - University degree in law, Master for Access to the legal Profession, and Official Exam for Access to the Legal Profession in Spain.Preferred Qualifications: Technology transactional and regulatory experience.Familiar with cloud computing, IT infrastructure and telecommunications.Knowledge and Skills: Well-developed breadth of practical legal and business knowledge.Well-developed competence and experience in negotiating or advising on legal and business matters.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Able to translate complex legal or factual issues into plain language communications.Native Spanish and fluency in English (C1 level) is required; additional languages will be positively considered.Additional Skills: AccountabilityAction PlanningActive LearningActive ListeningConflict ResolutionCreativityCritical ThinkingData Analysis ManagementEmpathyIntellectual CuriosityWhat We Can Offer You: Health & Wellbeing: We strive to provide our team members and their loved ones with a comprehensive suite of benefits that supports their physical, financial and emotional wellbeing
