Specializing in bioanalytical and CMC analytical services, the company operates laboratories certified to the highest standards, including GMP, GLP, and GCP compliance. Role Overview: This is an exciting opportunity for a junior legal professional with a strong interest in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors. The role involves supporting legal and compliance functions, working on contracts, and ensuring the organization meets regulatory and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities: Support the Compliance Officer with ensuring alignment with laws, regulations, and internal policies. Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of business contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, and supplier agreements. Collaborate with external legal counsel and internal departments to support business operations. Ensure adherence to data protection regulations, including GDPR, and support data privacy initiatives. Help prepare corporate documents such as minutes, resolutions, and powers of attorney. Support the management of insurance policies to mitigate operational risks. Assist HR with labor law compliance and workplace relations. Stay updated on industry regulations and provide guidance on compliance and contract matters. Qualifications: Licensed to practice law or equivalent legal qualification. 1-3 years of experience in a legal role, ideally within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and basic contract law principles. Familiarity with EMA or FDA regulations is a plus. Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams.
