Legal Counsel (Lawyer)

The Legal Counsel will be part of Corporate Legal Services Department. This role will be reporting directly to the Corporate Legal Services Head and will handle corporate housekeeping and transaction works. The candidate must have at least 7 years of corporate legal experience. Must have strong experience on Mergers & Acquisition of Foreign Companies which includes deal structuring, term sheets, due diligence and documentation, as well as project financing. Prior experience working or dealing with energy firms is not required, but good to have.#J-18808-Ljbffr
