Reporting into the Senior Legal Counsel (based in Milan), the focus of this role will be to provide international legal support, in particular to drive the growth of Trainline's consumer proposition in Italy and Spain as well as playing a key role in the delivery of an ongoing strategy to be the go-to platform for international travelers across the UK and Europe.

You will act as our Italian and Spanish market counsel lead and work closely with the Legal Consumer and Product team across multi-jurisdictional matters.
You will be expected to have a good understanding of all areas of commercial law with a particular focus on the Italian and Spanish market, including consumer, e-commerce, advertising and marketing, data protection, IP, and commercial contracts.
Responsibilities Providing Italian & Spanish legal advice in respect of consumer, e-commerce, advertising and marketing, data protection and intellectual property law and overall legal support to the Italian & Spanish brand, marketing, communications, SEO, PPC and product teams.
Working with the Legal, Consumer and Product team in respect of the provision of consumer and general legal advice in the Italian & Spanish markets (generally advising on strategic matters such as partnerships)
