As Legal Counsel within the Legal Department of Thales Euram , you will be a key element in the implementation of Thales Compliance Program, contributing to the evolution of the Thales Group organization and its way of working, considering the evolution of its environment, new laws & regulations, and the best ethical and governance practices.
Specific responsibilities: You will be responsible for addressing corporate law, governance, and compliance aspects for local Thales companies, JVs, and branches.
You will make reporting lines.
You will report directly to the Legal & Contracts Director of the Regional Hub and will be part of the Thales International Legal & Contracts team.
Background: You will have between 4 to 6 years of professional experience as an in-house lawyer providing support to business in an international environment.
You will have a good practice of international contracts and compliance issues.
Competences: You will have a perfect command of English and French.
You will be autonomous, meticulous, self-confident, capable of teamwork, well organized, and have an interest in the Regions' cultures, traditions, and way of life.
You will be proficient with the use of software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
