She/he will also act as contact for the legal initiatives generated by the group.In addition to BGE matters, the function is to address increasing needs for Legal support outside BGE (consumer-oriented business) in Spain and Europe.Missions:Review and manage contracts: review, negotiate, draft and secure signing of contracts.Intellectual Property: research, filing, maintaining, and protecting trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, working closely with group IP teams.Marketing review: confirm compliance of marketing claims with legal rules and prevent trademark infringement.Ensure legal compliance including in the fields of Regulations pertaining to Sustainable Development and Product Safety, working closely with group technical teams dedicated to these matters.Labeling: assist with regulatory compliance, especially with EU regulations.Provide legal advice to sales and marketing teams, carry out legal trainingsAssist business partners on all legal matters, and cooperate with the Legal Manager Iberia on labour law and corporate lawQUALIFICATIONSExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent project presentationTeam playerAccuracy and clarity of communicationNegotiation and persuasionInternational oriented mindsetCustomer and business focus, sense of urgency and serviceAutonomous, well organizedFully competent with Office 365Very good mastery of English in addition to Spanish.
