We are expanding our legal department to support our growth trajectory and provide a platform for you to further develop your skills, reporting directly to the Head of Legal and Compliance.ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate software licensing agreements.Manage commercial legal negotiations to support company expansion.Act as an advisor to management and cross-functional teams to address challenges and mitigate risks.Involvement in corporate matters, data privacy, and day-to-day legal issues.Manage the workload and ensure deadlines are met while promoting good governance procedures.QualificationsQualified lawyer in Europe.Minimum of 2+ years PQE, with in-house gaming experience.Expertise in commercial law is a significant asset.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.High ethical standards, ownership, and professional integrity.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.A self-driven mentality with the confidence to drive your own agenda rather than through micromanagement support and directionPreferred Skills:Proven experience or willingness to undertake training in data privacy law.Experience working in a start-up or fast-paced environment.Familiarity with intellectual property.A self-driven mentality with the confidence to drive your own agenda rather than through micromanagement support and direction.Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.Other informationCompetitive salary ranging from EUR 40,000 to 50,000 DOE.Health insurance.Opportunities for internal career development and growth, as you will be reporting directly to the Head of Legal and Compliance and be among the first few hires in the company.
