Reporting hierarchically to the Legal Manager of the Carrefour Group's European Purchasing Office (Eureca), the Eureca legal counsel will, in cooperation with the Legal Manager, advise and assist the Eureca teams on all legal matters relating to annual commercial negotiations with suppliers, and more specifically in order to :- Develop a strong legal culture among Eureca's teams,- In collaboration with the Group's Legal Department, draw up and optimize the annual purchasing contracts proposed to international suppliers,- Provide Eureca's negotiation teams with training on contracts and the legal framework to be respected,- Participate with Eureca's negotiation teams in the negotiation of purchase contracts with suppliers' legal departments,- Draft the various letters, documents and necessary adaptations to purchase contracts negotiated with suppliers,- Support Eureca in all day-to-day legal matters (legal advices, negotiation of service contracts, intra-group agreements, etc. .....),- Act as a facilitator and effective link between Eureca, the Group Legal Department and Carrefour's various legal departments in the 6 European countries,- Follow up any litigation or pre-litigation.Technical skills required:-Commercial negotiation law, particularly good knowledge of French restrictive practices lawContract lawQuality :-Business Partner with experience of working with operational teams on a daily basis-Reactivity, pragmatism, curiosity and initiative-Rigorous and good writing skills, comfortable in negotiation-Good listening and team-working skills, sense of customer service, autonomous and organized.Educational background:-Master in Distribution Law, Commercial Law or Competition Law or equivalent in an international company or law firm.-Very good level of English and French.
