WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Legal Counsel, you will provide legal advice to the Markets team in Structured Products Issuances.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
Legal advice to Capital Markets in issuances of structured notes with several types of underlying derivatives (e.g., interest rates, inflation, FX, equity, credits, etc.) and in repackaging transactions in a diverse range of jurisdictions (including Continental Europe countries and the United States of America).
Drafting of the entire set of legal documentation, including prospectuses, final terms / notes Ts&Cs, placement and dealer agreements, and corporate approvals.
Legal advice on traditional and synthetic securitizations and securitizations / finance-linked swaps.
Legal advice on other matters related to Treasury and Markets affairs which require Legal team's assessment or intervention.
EXPERIENCE
Years of experience in legal advisory to Capital Markets and/or Treasury matters.
EDUCATION
Degree in Law. A financial background and/or a degree in Business Management or similar will be a plus.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Very high level of English. Knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
Specific experience with derivatives and banking and finance transactions will be a plus.
