We're looking for a Legal Counsel.
Are you ambitious and ready to take on a new challenge in a highly complex and responsible environment?
If so, keep reading!
Your challenges: Participate in the negotiation of various types of contracts typical of the pharmaceutical industry, including drafting and reviewing confidentiality agreements, service agreements, licensing agreements, co-development, manufacturing and supply agreements, etc.
Provide legal advice to different areas of the company, such as Business Development, Clinical Affairs, Procurement, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and others.
Carry out administrative tasks, such as attending notary appointments and filing documents in the repository.
What are we looking for?
Education: A degree in Law.
Experience: At least two years of experience in the legal department of a pharmaceutical company or a law firm advising companies in the sector.
Language skills: Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
Profile: Enthusiasm for working in a multinational and innovative company.
Passion for legal matters in international projects.
