Founded more than 100 years ago, Puig is a family-owned company with a long-term commitment to our brands and stakeholders.The OpportunityReinforce the Corporate Legal Services IP team, reporting to the IP Legal Director, managing files related to its core business (assessment, acquisition, protection and defense of IP rights and IP agreements).What you'll get to do• IP risks assessments and management, accompanying the business units and assisting them in project validation process, negotiation of IP agreements with 3rd parties and ensuring the acquisition of the IP rights necessary for the business.• Managing contractual, conflictual and assessment files, including advertising regulations, IP aspects of other areas (licenses, operations, etc) and IP litigation.• Managing IP portfolios, either by handling specific portfolios and/or related transversal projects.• Assist IP Legal Director in specific projects or transactions.We'd love to meet you if you have• Experience: Minimum experience in transactional IP of more than 10 years, preferably in law firm. Experience as an IP in-house will be a plus.• Education: law degree. Specific subsequent education in IP will be a plus.• Languages: Proficiency in both Spanish and English professional use is a must. Fluency in French will be a plus.• Competencies: Flexible, good team-worker, rigorous but resolutive (can-do-attitude), business oriented, with initiative.
