**About the job** ?
From the Legal team, we take care of identifying and mitigating any potential risks for Paack from a corporate or commercial side. Among a wide range of topics, we can highlight GDPR and compliance.
We are responsible for the claims, identified and taken throughout a complex procedure to reduce the impact on Paack.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a variety of legal contracts, including clients, suppliers, bails, NDA, partnerships, intra-group agreements, deeds, and trademarks.
- Reviewing Data Protection clauses, drafting of the response to notifications from AEPD, or any third party, creating data protection repositories, and Data protection audits.
- Coordinating signatories of contracts.
- Acting as legal point person for queries across the Group, including data protection, annexes or amendments of client's contracts, new suppliers, administration or police requests, etc.
- Supporting the Head of Legal on specific legal matters, claims or internal audits, as required.
**About you**
- Spanish bachelor's degree in Law
- At least 4 years of experience in similar roles within fast-growth companies with an international presence.
- Additional master's and specialization programs will be appreciated.
- Experience as an in-house lawyer
- Ability to work autonomously with strong commercial understanding.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and a desire to build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to adapt to multicultural environments.
- Ownership, business-oriented, hands-on, meet a deadline. Proficient level of, English, spoken and written
