If so, let's start the conversation.Job Description – Legal CounselIn-house Legal Counsel that provides a full range of advice and services on matters of law including commercial, data protection, real estate, employment and/or disputes. This may include review and draft of legal documents, manage risk, conduct negotiations on behalf of the organisation and liaising with external counsel. Responsibilities are within the Legal function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines. May act as a contract liaison between the organisation and customers/vendors, including participation in pre contract discussions, contract negotiations and contract changes. Assesses commercial risk of contracts.Candidates will need fluency in both Spanish and English to be considered for the role. The role is working remotely and candidates can be based anywhere in Spain
