As a Legal Counsel focused on IP/Data Law and AI Governance, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the legal frameworks that drive our use of cutting-edge AI technologies.
Join our team and contribute to the commercial application of this technology while collaborating across borders and functions in a dynamic multinational company.Your Role in Our JourneyIdentify opportunities in this emerging area of law.Advise on intellectual property matters, as well as the use of AI-driven innovations and technologies.Define legal guardrails on data protection, privacy regulations, and their impact on AI systems.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement AI governance policies aligned with global legal standards.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to data sharing, licensing, and IP rights for AI initiatives.Stay ahead of emerging laws and best practices in AI and data governance, translating them into actionable strategies.Your ImpactHold a law degree from an accredited institution, with additional qualifications or certifications in IP or data law being a plus.Bring 2–4 years of professional experience in a law firm or in-house legal role, with a focus on technology, IP, or data protection law.
