And we know that unique backgrounds, experiences and perspectives help us think bigger, spark innovation and succeed together.MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE Provide legal support in Spain to JLL and Tétris (our JLL design and build fit out company) supporting and ensuring compliance with laws, internal policies, and good ethics, and provide legal advice to management and staff in relation to all aspects of the day-to-day business of JLL and Tétris.TEAM STRUCTURE The position will be based in our office in Madrid. Reporting into the General Counsel for Spain, this role combines the excitement of working alongside the business team with the support structure of the EMEA Legal and Compliance Team.RESPONSIBILITIES Managing commercial legal and compliance activities.Maintaining standard documentation for all business lines including but not limited to: clients proposals and contracts, mandates, construction contracts and subcontracts, confidentiality agreements, contracts and purchase orders with third-parties services and goods providers.Preparing, negotiating and reviewing all kind of contracts of the company including but not limited to: clients proposals and contracts, mandates, construction contracts and subcontracts, corporative contracts, etc.If necessary, provide advice on construction insurance policies and coverages.Managing the day-to-day affairs of the company with autonomy, taking responsibility for their work within the organisation.Advising and otherwise supporting on any legal matters of the company
