Company Description The Legal Coordinator ensures the legal flow of the company works for all areas of the business, acting as the one link between the different contracting departments and our external legal services, supervising that contracts are created and signed in the proper time and form, under the supervision of the Finance Manager. Will be responsible for handling a wide variety of commercial agreements and developing contracts and other legal documents and establish rules, policies, and procedures for the optimization of the legal flow. Main focus will be Commercial agreements of Marketing and Sales. Job Description Business Legal Coordination Review, revise, and draft contracts with the support of external advisors and responsible for ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Ensure the business managers have the right tools (i.E. contract templates, legal trainings, etc.) to operate autonomously on routine matters in a legally secured environment. Responsible for improving and sustaining processes that allow for accurate and timely service for organization members. Litigation and Disputes Coordinate and assist HQ legal team in legal review matters concerning Spain. Manage small and typical local litigation and disputes directly. On-board and supervise external legal service providers on more complex litigations. Commercial Agreements Support the business on the preparation of the Terms and Conditions. Development and control of POS agreements. Structure, draft commercial agreements in a broad range of transactional disciplines. Intellectual Property Support brand protection with global IP team. External Legal Service Management Manage external legal service providers and responsible for external legal budgets. Qualifications Previous successful experience in a legal role. 4-5 years post-qualification experience. Law Degree minimum. Master in commercial law desired. Experience in commercial law (contracts, compliance, antitrust, intellectual property, etc.), ideally in the FMCG industry. Proven track record of planning, organizational, and project management competencies. Passionate about delivering engaging and memorable experiences. Spanish Fluent in English. Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving skills and legal judgment. Ability to meet demanding deadlines. Be very organized. Ability to manage multiple projects in a high volume. Maintain confidentiality, uses initiative and discretion to accomplish assignments. Accuracy and attention to detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr
