Legal Content Analyst (German & Polish-Speaking)

We are looking for a Legal Content Analyst to join our global team in Barcelona. Talented professional with Law degree, knowledge of Intellectual Property and German & Polish speaker to join us.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

- Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent
- 2 years of post-graduate experience
- Fluent in English, German & Polish

It would be great if you also had . . .

- Knowledge of IP Law
- Fluent in Spanish

What will you be doing in this role?

- Apply appropriate curation and analysis of IP case law data points and legal discussions within assigned product database.
- Improve data discoverability through the extraction and analysis of related IP case law data points and legal discussions within assigned product database.
- Adhere to prescribed analysis guidelines and propose added terms for consideration based on new developments in area of expertise.
- Deliver high-quality records by ensuring completeness, proper data structure, and timeliness of record updates. Evaluate own quality of work.
- Play an active role in team and maintain awareness of current trends and new developments in area of expertise.
- Monitor and prioritise the daily volume based on the product requirements.
- Proactively identify and report issues that may impact the ability of the team to achieve production targets.
- Mentor and guide new team members in the common production tasks and applications.

About the team

- You'll be reporting to the Team Manager, Legal Content Analysis based in Spain.
- You'll be part of global team distributed across the globe

Hours of Work
This is a permanent full-time position, hybrid going to our Barcelona office (next to Sagrada Familia) 2-3 times per week.
