Tus responsabilidadesLegal Responsibilities: Being a business partner supporting business and procurement operations by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of business contracts according to the LCSP (Healthcare sector). Draft, review and manage contract templates regarding medical affairs interactions. Work with colleagues within the L&C department to improve and streamline our contracts templates. Draft and revise all kinds of commercial agreements: distribution, supply agreements, loan agreements, rental agreements, marketing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, etc. Manage all kinds of service agreements with suppliers or third parties. Participate in the design/delivery of training programs suitable for the needs of other relevant departments. Develop and improve processes to mitigate contractual risks, improve contract quality and increase efficiency. Lead and manage general corporate obligations according to Spanish Law. Safekeeping of contracts, corporate books and other important documentation (public deeds, etc.). Support mandatory legal actions and documentation such as minutes, annual accounts, powers of attorney, etc. Support, review, modify, and ensure the expiration and/or renewal of contracts with third parties/providers/SLA. Management of Contract Data Base.Compliance Responsibilities: Acting as a compliance advisor to management and staff within region Iberia, providing guidance and trainings in legal and compliance matters covered by the EMEA Programs. Coordinate with HQ (Hamburg) on certain EMEA projects. Ensure compliance according to Medtech's code. Prepare, communicate, and ensure compliance with contract guidelines, policies, and SOPs. Assist compliance management in designing and implementing compliance controls within our region, consistent with risk assessments and avoiding incoherencies or redundancies between the Programs, while creating or maximizing synergies. Conduct compliance training to employees, following a risk-based approach. Assist compliance management and leadership teams in promoting an organizational culture that encourages compliant behavior in the Region.Tus cualificacionesSpanish Bachelor's degree in Law. Master's degree in Corporate/Commercial Law would be a plus.Excellent interpersonal, consulting, written and verbal communication skills in business English.Significant experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare sector in a global corporate environment.Expertise in developing efficient contract templates, playbooks, and standard documents.Highly developed written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate recommendations and options about complex legal issues.Demonstrated ability to recognize and weigh business and legal risks, lead strategically and advance innovative solutions.Excellent presentation skills to deliver training programs to internal stakeholders.Self-motivated; thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction and can adjust workload based upon changing priorities and deadlines.A collaborative team player who takes ownership and embraces challenges.Beneficios
