We are looking for someone with an analytical mind, someone eager to learn and willing to grow, gain experience while developing him/herself within a young and a start-up environment while participating in the Younited Iberia's activity growth!As a Legal Compliance Specialist your responsibilities will be:Drafting, reviewing and negotiation of commercial contractsUpdating and reviewing the credit agreementAML: manual development, procedures and policies definition, trainings, and management of the anti-money laundering policyFraud management: complaints management, contact with our lawyers and procedural reviewPoint of contact with public and regulatory administrationsEnsure compliance with the regulations of the Bank of Spain (KYC, etc.)Implementation and compliance of the GDPRDevelopment of internal audit of the branch, with the support of the French teamWe're looking for someone:Experience in GDPR and ComplianceWith studies in Spanish law and huge interest in the financial worldEager to learn and willing to face a new challenge in a key positionWith lots of initiative and not afraid of new challengesWith communication skillsWith high levels of EnglishWhat do we offer?Permanent contract in a growing company and with a long way to go!We like all our employees to participate in the business and have a huge impact on it!
