World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding.
This is a Contract/Consultant position.
Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements.
The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language.

Position Overview
In a fast-paced, high-expectation, results-oriented environment, the Legal Billing Analyst will be responsible for the control of the legal budget, including tracking, invoices reconciliation, and timely processing of payments to external law firms.
Responsibilities: Review the budget to ensure compliance with company policies and negotiated fee arrangementsRequest billing projections and forecasts for ongoing cases to facilitate financial planning and budgetingPrepare detailed reports on legal billing expenditures, trends, and cost-saving opportunities for senior managementReview legal invoices to ensure alignment with the respective engagement letter and litigation tracking reportsMonitor and report financial information received from law firmsPerform other projects and duties as assignedRequirements:
Previous experience in accounts payable, legal billing or auditing; preferably in the USDegree in Business Administration, Accounting, Auditing or FinanceExcellent organizational, communication (both written and verbal) and computer skillsAble to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyDetail-oriented and resourceful with excellent follow-through skillsProficient in all Microsoft Office, Power BI and Adobe applicationsAble to establish and maintain effective work relationships both internally and externallyBenefits:
