Fever has developed a proprietary technology that inspires a global community of over 125M people through personalized and curated experiences in their local city whilst empowering entertainment and event creators to reach new audiences and enhance their experience.Sounds amazing, right?ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Paralegal you will support Fever's Legal, GRC & Policy Team, based in Madrid, to provide day-to-day administrative and legal support functions, with a particular focus on legal administration and document management, with the potential for growth into other areas for the right candidate. The ideal profile for this position will be extremely organised and adept at time management, with demonstrated experience working independently, juggling competing workloads, and applying critical thinking to the execution of a range of tasks. Your responsibilities will be to:Provide day-to-day administrative support to legal work, including basic document preparation, signature and filing; Leverage legal tech tools to support and optimise all areas of legal practice, including contract management, document approvals and signatures; Undertake project administration, file and document management; Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.G. HR, finance, insurance, and business operations) to maximise efficiency and efficacy in day-to-day operations; Liaise with legal services providers, including law firms, notary offices and corporate management firms; Effectively prioritise and take ownership of your workload; Upskill, support, and grow other team members.In order to be successful in this role, you will:Have 1-3 years in administrative, secretarial or similar fields.Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including cultural awareness, and empathy (work with international teams and projects, is a plus).Being fluent in English and another language (in particular German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Arabic, or Korean).Have strong organisational, time management, and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and ability to independently work to project deadlines.Problem solving & resourceful in the context of a fast-paced company.Be familiar with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite tools, experience with legal process tools like Jira, Salesforce and e-signature software is a plus.Have interests and skills beyond the "usual".
