Legal Assistant

Job Responsibilities Document Drafting and Management - Prepare and review legal documents related to commercial transactions and taxation matters.
- Maintain organized filing systems for legal documents.
Client Communication - Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments with clients.
Legal Research and Analysis: - Conduct legal research on commercial law and taxation issues.
- Summarize findings and provide relevant information to legal professionals.
Administrative Support: - Manage legal professionals' calendars, including scheduling meetings and court appearances.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence related to commercial law and taxation matters.
Tax Filings and Compliance: - Assist in the preparation and filing of various tax documents.
- Monitor and track deadlines for tax-related matters.
Case Management: - Maintain case files for commercial law and taxation cases.
- Coordinate with legal professionals to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Job Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in legal studies, business, or related field.
- Previous experience as a legal assistant with a focus on commercial law and taxation.
- Strong understanding of commercial law and taxation principles.
- Proficient in legal research and document preparation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- With or without Paralegal certification.
