Legal Assistant

Job Responsibilities Prepare and review legal documents related to commercial transactions and taxation matters.Maintain organized filing systems for legal documents.Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments with clients.Conduct legal research on commercial law and taxation issues.Summarize findings and provide relevant information to legal professionals.Manage legal professionals' calendars, including scheduling meetings and court appearances.Handle incoming calls and correspondence related to commercial law and taxation matters.Assist in the preparation and filing of various tax documents.Monitor and track deadlines for tax-related matters.Maintain case files for commercial law and taxation cases.Coordinate with legal professionals to ensure timely completion of tasks.Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in legal studies, business, or related field.Previous experience as a legal assistant with a focus on commercial law and taxation.Strong understanding of commercial law and taxation principles.Proficient in legal research and document preparation.Excellent organizational and communication skills.With or without Paralegal certification.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
