Your core responsibilities will include:Provide a high standard of teaching and learning, educational design and delivery.Undertake research/scholarship activities that align with the Faculty's profile and priorities.Undertake relevant community and professional engagement that supports and enhances the University and Faculty's profile and priorities.About youThis is an Indigenous identified position. Applicants must identify as an Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person.Candidates should possess an initial teacher education degree along with a PhD or substantial progress towards its completion and current teacher registration in an Australian state or territory, or the ability to obtain registration.You have a deep knowledge and understanding of the educational aspirations and culture of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and a track record of optimising Indigenous Knowledges in broader university education programs. In addition, you will demonstrate:Demonstrated curriculum and pedagogical knowledge of and experience in Indigenous Education and educational diversity, in early childhood education, schools and/or teacher education.Demonstrated experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of innovative curricula and teaching resources that support and enhance the effectiveness of student learning
